My roommate put me onto Peaceful Provisions because she’s vegan, and now I honestly don’t buy donuts anywhere else! These are on another level! They are so fresh, creative, and delicious that no other donut shop even compares. I’d absolutely say they’re worth the drive from Poughkeepsie. If you’re vegan or just a donut lover in general, you have to try this place! My favorite is the blueberry raspberry & the pistachio! (Blueberry raspberry not pictured as I ate it on the ride home. Too good to resist!)

I was an old-fashioned donut hater until I tried Peaceful Provisions. Wow. The yeast donuts were GREAT but the old-fashioned donuts were out of this world good. But honestly, comparing them is silly because I would be so happy to receive any one of these donuts pictured below. You really can’t go wrong, but if I had to pick my two favorites it’d be the glazed old-fashioned and the corn yeast donut!

Peaceful Provisions is a vegan donut shop in Beacon, NY, and their spin on the classic glazed donut is on another level. Seriously—no one would ever know these are vegan. The donuts are fluffy, airy, perfectly moist, and they melt in your mouth. And they’re a great size too. The main reason I wanted to try this place was for my son Jaxon. He has big allergies—eggs, dairy, and nuts—so he misses out on a lot of treats. We always do our best to accommodate him, but this was something he could finally enjoy like everyone else. He had his first chocolate frosted rainbow sprinkle donut, and the way he looked at that donut… man, I wish someone loved me the way he loved that donut. As a dad, I was so happy and grateful to Peaceful Provisions for that moment. He crushed the whole donut to the face. And to top it off, they’re Knicks fans, which is always a plus, and they offer a military discount too. This place is a gem. Get there early though—by around 1:00 PM they were sold out. It was the first nice weekend after that brutal New York cold spell, but I can easily see these donuts selling out early every day. We’ll definitely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Donuts are my top choice for a sweet treat & this local donut shop has blown me away. A plain glazed donut here can stand alone and there is still so much beyond that- every flavor combination is delicious. My personal favorite is the Lemon Poppy Seed- I hesitated to share that because they sell out so quickly 😅. Highly recommend!

Oh my god. Best donuts everrrrr and I’m so happy they’re vegan! Unique flavors, definitely made with love and care. I never thought I’d ever eat a Rose Pistachio donut but I definitely needed to get 2 of these things 🩷 so delicious! Maple Pecan was on point too. Hope to go back and try their vegan breakfast sandwiches one day. Wish they were open more hours but then we’d be really spoiled huh? I’ll take it when I can :) The Rose Pistachio packs flavor and has this light hint of Rosey floral goodness under the sweet nuttiness of the pistachio!
